Yesterday it was pretty sunny for the most part but I live in Houston, TX and it's really hot and humid. Just walking outside makes you feel like you're in a sticky sauna. Glamorous right! I wore a hat so the sun wouldn't beat down on my face and cause my run to fall short which really helped a lot. I run a lot slower and a lot shorter during the heat but I still think it beats treadmill runs by far. I also decided to do lunges across the field in the park and after I was finished with those I started to get dizzy and had to lay down on a picnic table so I called it a day.
How that workout made me feel... Cute huh?
Here's some pictures of the park I run at
The last picture is the field in the park where I did my lunges all the way across... No shade- brutal.
A few weeks ago I got down to a weight I hadn't seen since I was 15 but that time I was doing it an unhealthy way so I wanted to make sure I did it healthy this time. So I did and I got down to that weight and it was kind of like I mentally was done when I really didn't want to be and it's been hard to get back on track since then.
I have a bad binge problem and I'm either eating really healthy without cheats or the one cheat I have turns into a night of trying to salvage all the food I can get. It's really not healthy at all the amount of calories I consume in one sitting and the guilt is no fun either. It's something I'm really trying to work on.
Have any of you ever had a problem with uncontrollable eating? If so, what has helped you?
